New House: Take 2!
We put another offer in on a house (first didn't pan out). Its cuter, cheaper, and in WAY better shape. Were super excited about it. The contract is signed, the home inspection went well (only minor problems), so now were just waiting on an appraisal.

Kels, your new house is super cute! I love it! Sam and I are in the process of moving too-no fun! But so exciting!
CUTE! I love the covered front porch. Very nice. You can sit out there and sip your iced tea. Now get back to work. :)
